This Privacy Policy explains how Rebel Edge ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and service. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

1. Data Controller

2. What We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Account data: email address, hashed password, account creation date, subscription tier and status.
• Wallet data: your Hyperliquid agent wallet address, which you provide to enable trade mirroring. We store this address; we never have access to your private keys or funds.
• Payment data: transaction records from NOWPayments (amount, currency, timestamp, payment status). We do not store raw payment credentials or card numbers.
• Usage data: login timestamps, dashboard activity, and server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and operational purposes.
• Communications: any messages you send us via email or contact form.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and operate the trade-mirroring service
• Process and verify subscription payments
• Send transactional emails (subscription confirmation, renewal, expiry notices)
• Ensure the security and integrity of your account
• Comply with legal obligations
• Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing necessary to deliver the subscription service you signed up for; Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security logging, fraud prevention, and service improvement; Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial transaction records). Server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

6. Third Parties

We share limited data with the following third parties, solely to operate the service:

• NOWPayments — payment processor. Your email and payment amount are shared to process subscription transactions. See NOWPayments' Privacy Policy.
• Hyperliquid — your agent wallet address is used to route trade execution via Hyperliquid's API. No personal data beyond the wallet address is sent to Hyperliquid.
• Hetzner — our server infrastructure provider (EU-based). Data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Restriction — request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@rebeledgetrading.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. You can delete your account and associated data directly from the billing page.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, rate limiting on authentication endpoints, optional two-factor authentication, and regular database backups. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

9. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we use only strictly necessary cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of any material changes before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
