These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rebel Edge ("the Service"), operated by the owner of Rebel Edge ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rebel Edge is a non-custodial, automated trade-mirroring service that relays trading signals from a source account to subscribers' own Hyperliquid accounts via Hyperliquid agent wallets. The Service also provides a subscriber dashboard, a public performance track record, and associated communications. Rebel Edge is a technology service only — it is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fund, or financial institution of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency derivatives in your jurisdiction of residence or citizenship. By subscribing, you confirm that your use of the Service and Hyperliquid is lawful where you are located. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access for residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited or restricted.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
Access to the mirroring service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the rates displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All payments are processed via NOWPayments in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, or other supported assets). Subscription fees are charged solely for access to the technology service and are not contingent on any trading gains or losses. Prices may change with 14 days' notice posted on the site.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the immediate provision of digital access, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused subscription periods, dissatisfaction with trading results, or account termination. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
To receive mirrored trades, you must authorize a Rebel Edge agent wallet address on your Hyperliquid account. This authorization grants trade-execution permission only — Rebel Edge has no ability to withdraw funds, transfer assets, or access your private keys. You can revoke this authorization at any time directly on Hyperliquid. We are not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to revoke authorization after cancelling your subscription.
By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and understood our Disclaimer, including the sections on risk of loss, no performance guarantee, and execution risk. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency perpetual futures trading carries a high risk of loss and that past performance is not indicative of future results.
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials or resell access to the Service; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform; (c) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law; or (d) interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
All content, design, code, and branding on the Rebel Edge platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rebel Edge and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund. You may delete your account at any time via the billing page. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
